REFLECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER FILM
Computer-cut Heat Transfer Reflective film, for use on cotton, cotton blends, polyester,
synthetic fabrics, heat sensitive materials such as nylon and leather and many textured
siliconised materials which can withstand the application temperatures.

Our brightest reflective film produces a maximum reflectivity of 675 cd/lux/sqm and sta-
-ndard reflectivity of 560 cd/lux/sqm.
Test before using and always seek appropriate approvals prior to production.
Remove the protective film before cutting.
Always cut design in mirror image.
This plotter cut, heat transfer Reflective material, transfers at 149°C-160°C (300°F-320°F)
Press with firm pressure for 10- 15 seconds.
Peel cold.
REFLECTIVE 8500 SERIES
Remove the protective film (usually blue, but may be pink) before cutting.
Always cut design in mirror image through the glass bead reflective layer and the thermo-
-sensitive adhesive to - but not through - the clear film carrier.
Weed and remove unwanted material.
Place film adhesive side down on the fabric in the desired location.
Press lightly with a heat press at 135°C-152°C (275°F-305°F). For 3-5 seconds to tack the film to fabric.
Do not use more temperature, pressure, or dwell time than is recommended as the adhesive
on the weeded backing may stck to the fabric.
Remove the protective clear film from the fabric after it has completely cooled.
Place a teflon coated protective sheet over the image and re-heat at 135°C-152°C
(275°F-305°F) for 5-7 seconds.
Let cool completely.
Peel away Teflon sheet to finish the transfer process.
For best result, wash this product inside-out, gentle cycle, cool water, tumble dry at low to
medium temperatures.
TIP:- Press garment for 2 seconds BEFORE application, to remove moisture and wrinkles.
