Deco Flock -
Computer-Cut, Heat Transfer Decorative flock for use on most garment fabrics.
Always cut design in mirror image.
Weed and remove unwanted material.
Deco Flock material transfers at 160 to 171°C (320-340°F)
Place adhesive side down on the fabric in the desired location.
Press with firm to hard pressure, for 10 - 15 seconds.
Peel backing when COLD.
ThermoFlock will adhere to most fabrics, including some nylon-mesh and poly mesh
athletic uniforms.
A release paper or teflon sheet should always be placed between the heat platen and
the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design.
DecoFlock will withstand medium washing and may be tumble dried.
Suitable applications include cotton, poly-cotton blends, polyester, and many athletic
meshes.
TIP:- Press garment for 2 seconds BEFORE application, to remove moisture and wrinkles.
